Binastra Group’s property arm, Binastra Land Sdn Bhd, has been quietly making a name for itself in the property development scene as a developer that keeps to its promise of “quality finishings from the start”.
It has won a score of property awards since the group first ventured into property development in 2005, the latest of which was The Art of LifeAward (Best Lifestyle development) at the fourth iteration of the StarProperty.my Awards this year, for its upcoming Trion @ KL project located at the intersection of the busy Jalan Sungai Besi and Jalan Dua.
Trion @ KL also bagged it the Best Boutique Lifestyle Development award at the Property Insight Prestigious Developer Award (PIPDA) 2019, and the Highly Commended Award for Best Mid-End Condo/Apartment Development in the Klang Valley at the 6th annual PropertyGuru’s Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) 2019.
Prior to its property development venture, Binastra was known as a construction group. Founded in 1979 as M/S Binastra Construction Sdn Bhd by Tan Nge, the Klang Valley-based group obtained a class ‘A’ construction licence just six years later in 1984. After growing from strength to strength, with over 160 construction projects throughout the country under its belt, it took the dive into developing properties and has not looked back since.
Under Binastra Land, the group has developed projects ranging from luxurious landed residential properties to high-end condominiums, industrial buildings to shop offices. Among its more notable residential projects are the low-density Seri Titiwangsa Condominium at Jalan Titiwangsa; the exclusive town villas in Sri Kayangan near Bandar Utama; the gated-and-guarded enclave featuring semi-detached and town villas in The Park at Bukit Serdang and the modern service apartments of CitiZen 1 and 2 in Old Klang Road.
